      ASUU STATES CONDITIONS TO END STRIKE      Immediately Thursday, August 25th, 2022 at 2:14 PM By Enioluwa Adeniyi.      Strike: ASUU Replies Adamu Over Call For Students To Sue The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) , on Thursday, revealed how the Federal Government can resolve its lingering strike in one day. The National President of the union, Emmanuel Osodeke, said the industrial action will end if the federal government prioritize its demands.      Osodeke during an interview on Arise TV said leaders in Nigeria would look for an end to the strike if their children were schooling in the country.       He further stated that if the children of Nigerian leaders are schooling in the country they will feel the suffering that they are going through.       The ASUU president charged Government to prioritize education like Nnamdi Azikiwe and Awolowo and older leaders did in the past.       Osodeke, while speaking, said, “Government should prioritize education l

                  ASUU Strike Continues Abuja Chapter Chairman Declares As He Reveals What FG Has Failed To Do. Indication has shown that there is no end in sight for the ongoing strike embarked upon by members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, going by the reality on ground. RECENT HAPPENINGS ON ASUU STRIKE.

                      LATEST ON ASUU STRIKE.          The Academy Staff Union of University (ASUU) embarked on a warning strike as at 14 February 2022. Which later resulted to an indefinite strike due to the government inability to meet up their demands. The strike which has now entered it's 6th month has been a problem to Nigeria students who are at home.       Recent reports has it that the union will call off the strike once the government meets their demands, the union has met severally with the FG with results which hasn't been fruitful. Last week it was noted that the union met with the FG government again and has brought to the notice of the FG to pay them for the months which they haven't lectured.       The union is yet to meet with the NEC to determine the conclusion of the ongoing strike.
